Order, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Ordering:

    • Browse through our website’s extensive food listing to select the food items that you feel would aptly complement your planned event/celebration/party.

    • To place your order, you may either register with us or simply be a guest. However, in order to track your order, view order history, or even stand a chance to win freebies or take part in certain online promos / contests that we offer from time to time, avail of discounts, etc. you need to be a Registered User with us. We highly recommend you do so.

    • Browsing through our website is not restricted, however, in order for us to service any order that you place; please ensure that the area you currently reside or the delivery address, if same, is among the list of our serviceable areas.

    • You may currently order from our FIVE (5) different Thematic Genres, showcasing food items prepared fresh with nutritional ingredients and styled to have a visual appeal, that we feel, best complement these genres and the thematic children parties in trend.

    • Our effort is to keep evolving, basis new trends and children’s preference and hence with time we may keep adding new thematic genres and food items; or improvise or discontinue any of which are already on offer.

    • We only deal in party platters with portion size of 12 units per platter, however in some cases we also offer 24 units per platter.

    • Select the food item, mention the number of platters (Minimum ONE (1) platter per food item) and add to your cart. Once you are satisfied with your order list, you may proceed to checkout. You will need to fill in the requisite details so that we are able to deliver the order on the given date and time at the correct address.

    • To facilitate your ordering process, you can also browse through our other categories - Starters, Mains and Desserts, Cakes, Cookies, Chocolates, Breads & Buns, Beverages and Party Merchandise.

    • Cakes, Beverages and Party Merchandise are offered as add-on service from our affiliate partners / Third Party Vendors to fulfill your party needs. Peer Cloche does not take the responsibility nor can be held liable for their quality, damages / loss, if any in transit, and/or timely delivery.

    • You can place order for cakes from TWO (2) different sub-categories – Premium and Exclusive cakes.

      • In case of cakes in Premium category, the design and flavour mentioned on the website is final and cannot be altered / modified. All these cakes are designed based on the theme they are related with.

      • A personalized message can be added to the ordered cake.

      • In the Premium Category, the cakes are decorated with either edible or non-edible decorations.

      • The minimum (weight-wise) cake you can order is 2 kg, whereas the maximum (weight-wise) cake you can order is 5 kg.

      • In case of Exclusive Cake category, you can upload reference image of the desired cake, suggestions in words, select flavors and quantity. If need be, you may also receive a call / email from Peer Cloche Customer Care Team or Pastry Chef within 24 hours of placing the order for clarifications, if any.

      • Rate provided by Peer Cloche for Exclusive Cakes will be final and negotiations will not be encouraged.

      • Peer Cloche will initiate the order for your exclusive cakes only after final order confirmation on email and payment is received, in full from you.

      • Basis the details provided by the customer for Exclusive Cakes, Peer Cloche will make the cake closest to the brief / reference image but WILL NOT be an exact replica.

    • Exclusive Cakes and Party Merchandise orders need to be placed a minimum of SEVEN (7) days prior to the party/event date.

    • Exclusive Cake orders or Party Merchandise orders once placed cannot be cancelled and payments done are non-refundable.

    • All food, Premium Cakes and beverage orders must be placed a minimum of THREE (3) days prior to the party/event date.

    • Payment for the entire order needs to be done in full at the time of placing the order. Prior to making the payment, an OTP will be generated and sent to the mobile number entered as part of the billing details. Only on successful verification of the same, can the payment be made. Payment can be made either by using your Debit/Credit Card or via Net banking. We DO NOT offer any other mode of payment.

    • Once the order is placed, you should make note of Order Number or save the Order / Invoice copy for future reference.

    • Once an order is placed, a confirmation email of the same with order details will be sent to the registered email address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Invoice copy along with order details will be sent as part of the confirmation email. A confirmation via SMS will also be sent to the registered mobile number.

    • You are responsible for providing correct email address, mobile number and delivery address. In case the email address provided is incorrect or you do not receive our confirmation email within ONE (1) hour from the time of placing the order, we suggest that you write to us at customercare@peercloche.com or call us on 18001208554.

  • Change My Order

    • Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be modified.

    • Details such as delivery details, party date and time can be changed up to 48 hours prior to the party date and time.

    • Please Note that party date can only be postponed to a later date.

    • Additional or ‘Add-on’ orders can be made; however, these can be done up to 48 hours prior to the party date and time.

    • In case you want to add more items or increase the quantities of already placed and ordered items or change the shipping details or party/event date or even cancel the entire order; go to “My Orders” link from the main menu at the top of the page if you are our “Guest”. In case you are our registered customer, you will need to log in using your username and password, your Facebook login or your Google login.

    • In case you are our “Guest”, you will be directed to a page where you will need to enter the order number as well as email address (this would be the one on which you received your order confirmation). If the two entries match, you will be directed to a page that will display the order.

    • In case of our registered customer, upon successful login, you will be directed to your “Order History” page. This page will show you all your current orders in progress as well as a list down of all previous successfully executed orders. Alongside each of the current orders, you will find three options – “Add-on Order”, “Modify Details” and “Cancel Order”.

    • In case the status of the order is ‘In Progress’ or ‘Live’, then the following three options will be seen at the bottom of the order – “Add-on Order”, “Modify Details”, “Cancel Order” and “Get Invoice”. However, if the status of the order is either ‘Cancelled’ or ‘Delivered’, then the above mentioned options will not be visible, instead only “Get Invoice” will be seen.

      • Add-on Order” – clicking this option, will allow you to create a new order, however, this order will be connected to the original order.

      • You will be directed to our main product page from where you may browse and select the products, and add them to your cart.

      • Once you are satisfied, proceed to “Check-Out” to re-confirm your order.

      • As you get to the “Billing” page, the billing details will be automatically populated from the original order. You can make changes to the same, however, please note that these changes will affect the original order as well. Please note that the party date can ONLY be pushed ahead to a later date, if required.

      • Proceed to the “Payments” page to make the payment. Prior to making the payment, an OTP will be generated and sent to the mobile number entered as part of the billing details. Only on successful verification of the same, can the payment be made.

      • Make your payment for the ‘Add-on Order’ through Debit / Credit Card or Net Banking.

      • Peer Cloche will process your ‘Add-on Order’ only after the payment is successful and a confirmation of the same has been successfully sent.

      • Modify Details” – clicking this option, will allow you to make changes such as shipping address, contact person, party date and time etc.

      • You will be directed to the Shipping Details page of the order wherein you can make the necessary changes. Please note that the party date can ONLY be pushed ahead to a later date, if required.

      • Here too an OTP will be generated and sent to the mobile number entered as part of the billing details. Only on successful verification of the same, will the changes be accepted.

      • Cancel Order” – clicking this option, will allow you to cancel the entire order.

      • You will be directed to your cart that would be loaded with the current order.

      • You will need to enter – a) reason for cancelling the order; and b) the mobile number (wherein you would receive the OTP to confirm the cancellation of the order) and click the Cancel button. Once again an OTP will be generated and sent to the mobile number entered. Only on successful verification of the same, will the order get cancelled. Please refer to the Cancellations and Refunds section for more details.

      • Get Invoice” – clicking this option, will allow you to view the invoice on that order.

  • Cancellations and Refunds

    • You can cancel your entire order up to time of dispatch. However, Cancellation Charges will be applicable as under:

      • If you cancel your order seventy-two (72) or more hours prior to the party time; there will be no cancellation charge levied and the entire amount shall be credited to your account in the next fourteen (14) clear business days.

      • If you cancel your order forty-eight (48) hours through twenty-four (24) hours prior to the party time; then 50% of your total bill will be charged as cancellation charges and the balance shall be credited to your account in the next fourteen (14) clear business days.

      • If you cancel your order less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the party time; then 100% of your total bill will be charged as cancellation charges and hence no refunds will be made.

    • You are entitled for a refund in case the ordered food items has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, although the decision of the company shall be final and binding.

    • Once an order is placed and paid for, it means that you agree to all the terms as mentioned in this policy.
